Terms and conditions

The terms that govern registration, payment, participation and certification.

Last updated: February 2026

Registration

Registration is only valid for cohorts that are open. Submitting the form generates a unique application number, which you must keep — it is required to check your status, make payment and generate your participant ID card. Providing false information is grounds for withdrawal of your application at any stage.

Fees and payment

Cohort fees are published by the administration for each cohort. Payment is disabled until a fee has been published. A place is only reserved once payment has been received and verified. All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira.

Internship Bootcamp Number

An Internship Bootcamp Number (IBN) is issued only after your payment has been verified. The IBN identifies you throughout the programme and appears on your participant ID card and, on completion, your certificate.

Attendance and participation

The programme runs for twelve weeks and requires attendance at scheduled sessions, submission of weekly mini projects, completion of an individual field survey and a supervised capstone project. Persistent non-participation may result in withdrawal without refund.

Refunds

Fees are non-refundable once a cohort has commenced. Where a cohort is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you may transfer to the next cohort or request a full refund.

Certification

Certificates are issued only to participants who complete the required assessments, field survey and capstone project. Each certificate carries a unique number and remains verifiable through the portal.

Verification and misuse

Graduate records may be verified by employers and institutions using the Internship Bootcamp Number or certificate number. Forging, altering or misrepresenting a certificate or bootcamp number is a serious breach and will be reported.

Intellectual property

Course materials, datasets and templates provided during the programme remain the property of Hammad Technologies & Consultancy Limited and may not be resold or redistributed. Work you produce during your field survey and capstone remains yours to use in your portfolio.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the programme evolves. Applicants and participants will be notified of material changes by email.
